FCC Commission Jonathan Adelstein talks about the current case against the media companies Clear Channel, CBS, Citadel and entercom. The FCC announced an agreement to settle charges against these companies, fining them 12 million dollars and a commitment for them to air a minimum amount of hours of independent music.
