Rumba Dance: Krystal 15 years old

The Helotes Mulch Fire

Video shot at night on January 9, 2006 of the great fire just outside San Antonio Texas, burning in Helotes, and known as the Helotes Mulch Fire. The fire started at a mulch pile that was 80 feet high and 400 feet across. The damage and risk to the environment, including air and water was severely underestimated at the time. Now there are questions as to who is responsible to put it out and clean it up. The state finally stepped in to assist the owner of the mulch to put out the fire.

Her parents, Cindy and Craig Corrie now speak about their daughters legacy.
